As a lay counselor, mentor, author, musician, teacher, podcast host, and speaker, my life is rooted in a deep love for Jesus. I look to God’s Word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit as the foundation for every conversation. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, be fully seen and heard, and take courageous, grace-filled steps forward.
My approach is a thoughtful blend of counseling, coaching, mentoring, and discipleship—woven together to support your unique story and the places where God is gently at work within you.
